Terms of Use

kNexo Jobs is an automated job-application assistant for remote positions. It:

• collects job postings that employers and job boards publish openly;
• matches those postings to your profile and to the criteria you configure, and scores each match;
• generates a résumé and a cover letter tailored to a posting, using AI and the facts in your profile;
• fills in and submits application forms on employers' applicant-tracking systems on your behalf — either after you approve each application, or automatically if you have enabled automatic submission;
• keeps a record of what was sent and tracks responses, interviews and offers;
• may notify you by WhatsApp or e-mail, if those notifications are enabled for your account.

We are not an employer, a recruiter or an employment agency, and we are not a party to anything agreed between you and an employer.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. The service is for individuals looking for work for themselves.

You sign in with an e-mail address and a password. kNexo Jobs shares its sign-in system with kNexo, so an existing kNexo login also works here; a kNexo Jobs account is only created when you accept these terms during setup.

• Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly at contact@4profitai.com if you think someone else has used your account.
• One person per account. Do not share it or let someone else apply through it.
• You are responsible for what is done through your account.

Everything the service writes and submits is built from your profile and the CV you upload. You are responsible for the truth, accuracy and completeness of that information, and for keeping it current.

• The service is designed never to invent experience, qualifications or credentials: tailoring rephrases and reorders what you gave it. AI-generated text can still contain mistakes or awkward wording.
• You must review what is produced. In approval mode you see each application before it is sent. In automatic mode you accept that applications are sent without a prior look, and you remain responsible for their content.
• Answers to eligibility questions (work authorization, sponsorship, location, salary) are taken from your profile. Wrong answers there produce wrong applications.

By accepting these terms you authorize kNexo Jobs to act for you, within these limits:

• to prepare application documents in your name and to fill in and submit application forms on the websites and applicant-tracking systems of the employers whose postings were matched to you, providing them the personal data those forms ask for;
• only for jobs matched to your profile, and only in the way you configured: an application is sent after you approve it, or without asking if — and only if — you have given the separate consent to automatic submission and your mode rules mark that job as automatic;
• never to accept an offer, sign a contract, make a payment or make any commitment in your name.

You can withdraw the consent to automatic submission, pause all submissions or stop the service at any time from your account. An application that has already been delivered to an employer cannot be recalled by us; to withdraw it you need to contact that employer.

We do not promise interviews, replies, job offers or employment, nor a minimum number of matches or applications. Match scores are automated estimates, not advice. Hiring decisions are made by employers alone.

Job postings belong to the employers and job boards that publish them, and applications are submitted on their systems, which have their own terms and privacy policies.

• Some employers or platforms forbid automated or assisted applications. A submission may be blocked, rejected, flagged or fail for that or any other reason, and an employer may disregard it.
• Postings may be inaccurate, outdated or withdrawn; we do not verify employers or the jobs they offer.
• Once an application is delivered, the employer holds that data under its own policies. We do not control what employers or their providers do with it.

You agree not to:

• impersonate another person or apply with an identity, history or qualifications that are not yours;
• use the service to apply on behalf of someone else, or resell it;
• provide false, misleading or unlawful content, or content you have no right to use;
• probe, overload or try to get around the service's security, usage limits or access controls, or access other users' data;
• use the service for spam, fraud or any purpose that is illegal where you live or where you apply.

Your account has a plan and limits on how many applications can be submitted per day and per month. They are shown on your Account page. Plans, limits and optional connectors (such as WhatsApp notifications) are set by the operator and may be changed, for example to protect the service or to match capacity. If a paid plan is offered to you, its price and conditions will be presented before you are charged anything.

• You can stop at any time: pause submissions, or ask for your account to be deleted from the Account page. Processing stops immediately and your data is erased within 15 days, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that puts the service, other users or third parties at risk, or when the law requires it. While an account is suspended nothing is matched or submitted. Where we can, we tell you why and give you the chance to respond at contact@4profitai.com.
• We may discontinue the service. If we do, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data.

Your profile, your CV and the information in them remain yours. You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, adapt and transmit that content only as needed to run the service for you: matching, generating application documents and submitting them to the employers you apply to. The licence ends when the content is deleted from the service, except for copies already delivered to employers.

The résumés and cover letters generated for you are yours to use. The software, design and brand of kNexo Jobs belong to the operator and are not transferred to you.

The service is provided as it is. It depends on third-party websites, infrastructure and AI models that can change, fail or be unavailable, so we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

• We are not responsible for employers' decisions, for the content of job postings, for third-party sites blocking or mishandling an application, or for the consequences of inaccurate information in your profile.
• To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost opportunities, lost income or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event.
• Nothing here removes rights you have under mandatory law — including Brazilian consumer protection law where it applies to you — or limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

We may update these terms. The version and date at the top always identify the current text, and your Account page shows the version you accepted. If a change materially affects your rights or what we do on your behalf, we will tell you by e-mail or in the app before it takes effect and, where the law requires your agreement, ask you to accept the new version. If you do not agree, you can stop using the service and delete your account.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim in the courts of the place where you live. If one part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
